 I have been a women's health care nurse practitioner for 30 years, and received massage and acupuncture myself for the last 10 years. I became fascinated with subtle energies, and became certified in Eden Energy Medicine 2/10., and obtained my LMT 2/11.

With health care going the way it is, I want to be able to give people some highly effective preventative health care tasks they can do to improve their health and utilize the self healing ability that we all have. Eden Energy Medicine offers this, with a stand alone system of easy daily exercises that I teach people to do; as well as actual sessions in which I track a person's energy, make corrections, and give them "homework" to integrate it. I also offer relaxation massage and deep tissue work, as well as a combination of the two!

I have become increasingly disillusioned with the state of our health care system, and its true lack of effective preventative health practices. Massage and bodywork have unequivocally been shown to have very positive effects on our bodies, with marked reduction of pain and stress, and improvement in function and well being.

I moved to Bend, Oregon, 12 years ago from the San Diego county area where I grew up. Bend is a beautiful area with lots to offer in terms of the outdoors, and scenery; and an abundance of wonderful human resources as well. I am married to my husband Tracy.  We have two dogs and three cats; love the outdoors, and also enjoy riding our motorcycles on long day rides. I enjoy knitting, quilting and reading as well.
